Steffany – Hygiene Coordinator

Born and raised in the Conejo Valley, I’ve been at this office for 19 years. I started working in Dr. Scheduling then moved on to billing administrator before becoming the hygiene coordinator.

Vicki Schuster – Front Office

I was born in Colorado and grew up in Europe and Japan. I went to high school in Hawaii and college in San Francisco. I have 3 beautiful boys, 2 dogs and I’ve worked in dentistry for over 25 years. My hobbies are watching my sons play baseball, travelling, cooking and hiking.

Dianne Scafidi – Front Office

Dianne Scafidi has been a member of the front office staff for nearly 18 years. She has truly enjoyed the opportunity to meet and work with so many wonderful people in the community. In her free time Dianne enjoys taking long walks with friends, gardening and cooking. She has been married to her husband Tom for 39 years and together they raised two daughters in the Conejo Valley. She looks forward to continuing her work with all patients and is excited to be working with Dr. Couch.

Norma – Front Office

I have a long working relationship with Dr. Couch spanning 12 years. I was his main dental assistant when he first graduated from dental school and helped manage front and back office procedures. Currently, I am the insurance and Billing Administrator striving to deliver the best customer service to our patients with any insurance questions or concerns.
